Dear Members and Friends of the Telugu Cultural Association of Austin,

Namaskaram!

With immense gratitude and excitement, I take on the role of President of the Telugu Cultural Association of Austin. For years, this association has been a foundation for celebrating our heritage, fostering unity, and creating lasting connections. I am honored to carry this legacy forward and help continue its growth.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the members of TCA and our generous sponsors for entrusting me with this responsibility. Your support means a great deal to me, and I am eager to work alongside all of you to enhance our cultural awareness, strengthen our community bonds, and create more opportunities for social engagement.

Our community is a dynamic blend of traditions, language, and the enduring spirit of Telugu culture. Together, we’ve built a home away from home—one where our cultural roots thrive, and the next generation learns the values, stories, and traditions that define us. I am honored to continue this legacy, deepening the connections that unite us and ensuring that our heritage remains vibrant for years to come.

In the coming year, we’re excited to offer more opportunities for cultural enrichment, education, and celebration, from Sankranthi to Ugadi and cultural showcases to webinars. We envision a calendar filled with activities that will inspire pride and joy in our Telugu identity. I’m particularly excited about launching a youth mentorship program to help the next generation connect with our rich cultural heritage. I encourage you to actively engage in our events, whether by volunteering, sharing your talents, or offering suggestions. Your involvement is vital in shaping the future of our community, and every contribution, big or small, truly makes a difference.

I also want to take a moment to thank the members of our executive team and volunteers from the past year for their hard work in making last year a success. Your dedication has paved the way for even greater achievements ahead.

Together, let’s embark on a year filled with cultural celebration, community spirit, and shared growth. I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and look forward to working alongside all of you to make this a year to remember.
